When I read this I realized that anger is contagious. If you spend time with an angry man you can catch it, too, and become an angry person yourself.
We just went through COVID and saw the world don masks and take injections to try not to pass on a contagious disease. Here is a contagious disease that is far worse for your soul: anger. Avoid it like the plague.
Jesus, Rid me of anger. Today may I spread peace and contentment rather than anger. Amen.
