Build Up

For even if I should boast somewhat more about our authority, which the Lord gave us for edification and not for your destruction, I shall not be ashamed—
II Corinthians 10:8 NKJV
Authority is given by the Lord to build up, not to tear down.
Leadership should always have building up , not tearing down, in mind. Even Jesus said He came to serve, not to be served. A leader who tears people down and seeks to serve himself or herself is not a biblical leader.
How can I serve and build people up today?
