But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?”
In the midst of the storm the disciples jumped to two conclusions: 1) They were going to die; 2) Jesus didn’t care.
Tough times tend to do that. We jump to conclusions. Just like the disciples we think this is going to destroy us. When, in fact, it will be used to strengthen us and our faith. We also think Jesus doesn’t even care. Calm down. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Jesus, I trust You 100% today. Amen.
