And he found a certain Jew named Aquila, born in Pontus, who had recently come from Italy with his wife Priscilla (because Claudius had commanded all the Jews to depart from Rome); and he came to them.

This section of scripture shows Paul ministering to the Lord and, as he does, he develops relationship with other significant people. These verses mention Priscilla and Aquila, Silas, Timothy, Apollos, as well as the Corinthians, Ephesians and Galatians.
This is kind of an origin story for Paul. As he served God he encountered just the right people at just the right time. Some of these encounters seemed circumstantial but all were directed of the Lord.
Serving God has given me incredible relationships. Want to meet the best people? Do what God says and go where He leads.
Father, I think this morning about the wonderful people You have brought into my life through ministry. I am so grateful and so blessed! Amen.
