So the child grew and became strong in spirit, and was in the deserts till the day of his manifestation to Israel.

John the Baptist had a supernatural birth. Angels heralded his birth and prophecies were given. He even recognized the voice of the Messiah’s mother when he was still in the womb. Amazing!
And yet he grew and became strong in spirit.
If he needed to grow in spirit, so do I. I think many people just think they’re as strong in spirit as they are going to be. They don’t consider taking steps to grow and become strong in spirit.
What am I doing to grow and become strong in spirit?
Father, Help me become strong in spirit and use me to help others grow in You. Amen.
