As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving. Discipleship, growing in my faith, building on a strong root system, being taught and applying the Word of God to my life — these are the only things that will protect me from the lies of the philosophy of this world.
What am I doing to know and grow in the Lord? It is my only defense against the pseudo-wisdom and pseudo-spirituality of this world.
Holy Spirit, Fill me today with Your Word and Your power! Amen.
