Learn-It-All

SCRIPTURE:

“A wise man will hear and increase learning, And a man of understanding will attain wise counsel,”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭1:5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

OBSERVATION:

A wise man isn’t a know-it-all. A wise man is a learn-it-all. A wise man is always listening to learn. That means he is always gaining information and also challenging his held opinions. A fool never challenges his own opinions. He feels he is never wrong. Wisdom seeks out those with wise counsel.

APPLICATION:

Admit it! I don’t know everything. Listen to learn and value the counsel of those who have shown themselves to make wise decisions.

PRAYER:

Lord, help me to grow as a learner. What will I learn from others today? Amen.
