There are plenty of people seeking advice, seeking counsel, and devising plans. But plans, advice and counsel are meaningless if they are not directed by the Spirit of God.
I can get so focused on planning and devising that I fail to go to the Lord. That would be a great error. The only thing that matters is His input and direction. Never use planning as a substitute for prayer.
Holy Spirit of God, Lead me today in all my ways, my words and even my thoughts. Amen.
