Acts 3:21 (NKJV) “whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.”

O // OBSERVATION

Why did this verse get your attention? Make a simple observation from the text

What stuck out to me today was the phrase: ‘restoration of all things’.

What we think of as the end times or apocalypse has many names and references in scripture. Here is another one: the restoration of all things.

A // APPLICATION

How can I apply this to my life today?

Things are out of whack. Sin has marred and damaged everything. Every aspect of life has been negatively affected by sin and it’s outcomes. We don’t even realize, because we’re used to things as they are, how much deformity sin brings into our world.

Restoration is to put something back to its original, pristine condition. There is coming a restoration of all things. Some things are in obvious need of restoration.

Everywhere I look are the ravages of sin. One day all will be restored. What an amazing day that will be!

P // PRAYER

Express yourself in prayer

Jesus, Restore all things. Restore me, Lord. Amen.
