This life is passing away. It is temporary. It is a foreshadowing of the permanent which is coming.
I have seen some glorious things in my life - the Grand Canyon, the Hawaiian Islands, our babies being born, a beautiful starry night sky, and many others. Sometimes the beauty around me takes my breath away or brings a tear to my eye. But these things don’t compare to the glory that awaits those who trust in Him when we see Him face-to-face.
Lord Jesus, Thank You for the beauty and the glory around me today. I can’t wait to see what You have in store. Amen.
