This is John the Baptist speaking. Even though Jesus hasn’t been resurrected yet and Pentecost hasn’t happened yet, John has an amazing understanding of the Trinity. All three members of the Trinity are in this verse: He whom God has sent, God, the Spirit. The three in One!
