SCRIPTURE:
A time to weep, And a time to laugh; A time to mourn, And a time to dance;
Ecclesiastes 3:4 NKJV
OBSERVATION:
Emotions are a part of life. Emotions are given by God and each has their appropriate occasion for expression. Each also has inappropriate expression. Emotions are part of God’s incredible design, not a design flaw.
APPLICATION:
My emotions, like everything else, should be used to bring glory and honor to my Creator. Not stifled. Not given inappropriate expression. Don’t be afraid of emotions. Don’t be ruled by them either.
PRAYER:
Father, You have designed me perfectly to live for You. I will live for You today, mind, will and emotions. Amen.
