You don’t want to play the question game with Jesus. The greatest minds came to Jesus with questions - not trying to gain information and learn but to challenge Him. He asked one question in return and stumped everyone.
Questions are made for learning not for trapping. Jesus delights in genuine questions. Sincere questioners know they don’t know everything. Know-it-all questioners try to prove superiority with their loaded questions. I’m just reminded I want to be a learner, not a confronter.
Jesus, give me a teachable heart. Amen.
