For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,

I have always liked this verse for multiple reasons. It tells us that God’s invisible attributes are clearly seen. Usually things that are invisible are not clearly seen.
But God took His invisible attributes and shows them to us through nature and the world around us. That’s why Jesus used birds of the air, and flowers of the field, and the wind, and a young child and others to teach us about God and who He is. If I have eyes to see I can learn about God from His creation.
Some have made the mistake to say that creation is God, like pantheists. It’s an understandable mistake since creation is so loaded with God’s character. Creation reveals God. It is not God.
Father, I will look for You throughout my day. Please reveal Yourself to me. Amen.
